Various Mounting Styles Available

    TFD’s are available in slip-on (Series TFD), circular-flanged (Series 35D), and custom square-flanged (Series 35SQ) mounting configurations. They are supplied with stainless steel clamps/retaining rings or can be supplied with special alloys such as Monel and Hastelloy.

    Slip-on TFD’s (Series TFD) are fabricated to the exact pipe O.D. of the riser. Circular flanged TFD’s (Series 35D) are fabricated to any standard drilling pattern including ANSI, DIN, British, Australian, and Chinese. They can also be fabricated to custom drilling patterns. Square-flanged TFD’s (Series 35SQ) are typically 4-hole patterns and are customized for every outfall. They can also be supplied with a radius in the rubber flange and retaining ring so they can be directly mounted to the O.D. of the diffuser pipe.

    TFD’s installed on a 4-port rosette-style multiport diffuser for emergency overflow outfall in Hong Kong. Main outfall is twin 1500 mm header pipes with (120) 300mm TFD’s. Emergency overflow has (12) 1050mm TFD’s installed. Flow capacity is 6.6 cubic meters/second.

    (200) 150mm Series 35D’s installed on HDPE marine outfall in Australia. Flow capacity is 4.4 cubic meters/second.
